But somewhere along the way it started feeling like too much effort. The prep, the wrong tools, the fifteen steps before you even get to the good part. So takeaway became the default. A habit dressed up as convenience.
We wanted to make it easier to get back to the table. That’s what every product here is chosen for.

Sear it properly.
Tri-ply stainless steel with an aluminium core, so heat spreads evenly instead of sitting in one hot spot. Two sizes: the 25cm for eggs and a quick pan sauce, the 30cm for Sunday lunch when everyone’s coming over.
